Kria Story
Where it all began
Welcome to Kria Montessori House, where young minds embark on a transformative journey guided by the principles of Maria Montessori. Our story is one of passion, dedication, and a profound belief in the boundless potential of every child. The Kria story is deeply intertwined with the personal journey of our founder, Prasannitha, whose commitment to Montessori education has been a driving force in creating this haven for young learners. Drawing inspiration from her own experiences, she embarked on a mission to craft a child-centric space that fosters growth, respect, and equity.

Kria Montessori House offers a refreshing alternative to the one-size-fits-all educational approach. Our commitment lies in shaping your child's formative years, emphasising life skills, independent thinking, and a lifelong love for learning, while also ensuring their academic readiness.
Why Kria

Dear Parents and Guardians, I invite you to join us in this adventure—one that celebrates the individuality of every child, fosters their love for learning, and instils in them the values of respect, independence, and a lifelong quest for knowledge. My commitment to Montessori education isn't just a profession; it's a calling—a calling that has driven me to create a safe space for young learners where the essence of each child is cherished, and their growth, respect, and equality are paramount. It all began with my own early childhood experiences, my own moments of awe and inspiration, my own recognition of the transformative power of Montessori. Kria Montessori House was born from a lifelong desire for an evolved and holistic approach to education and learning. It was a dream woven with threads of dedication, encouragement from my dear family, and the unwavering support of friends who shared in the vision. Together, we set out to create a place of safety, nurture, and inspiration—a place where children would prosper. Having been introduced to Montessori philosophy in different corners of our vast and diverse country, from the bustling streets of Delhi to the laidback cityscape of Bangalore and the charm of Hyderabad, my vision now finds its roots closer home. It's here that I aspire to give back to our community by providing a Montessori preschool that warmly welcomes newcomers and delights those who already know the magic of Montessori. With warm regards, Prasannitha Rao
